All payroll calculations and Revenue returns are overseen by a fully qualified and experienced accountant and tax advisor.

With the implementation of PAYE Modernisation we will ensure that you are compliant with the new system of reporting on payroll taxes.  The new real time reporting has been brought into effect for all employee payments made from January 2019.  This requires employers and payroll providers to report on employees’ pay and deductions as well as PAYE, PRSI, USC and LPT with each payment made.

What we can do for you

  • Register you as an employer for PAYE/PRSI
  • Register as your Tax Agent
  • Provide you with a timetable of what taxes are due and when
  • Provide a standard employment contract
  • Calculate your employees pay based on information from you and their tax credit certificate
  • E-mail you a copy of their payslip before Pay Day
  • Post a paper payslip to your employee
  • Send you details of all payroll taxes due to Revenue quarterly/monthly
  • Remind you of payment date before the date has passed
  • Assist with PRSA/Pension payments
  • Produce P60 in 2019 with full details of employee’s earnings
  • Submit P35 to Revenue in February 2019


  • Monthly Payroll for only €400 incl VAT per annum

  • Annual subscriptions are payable in advance. First 6 months are non-refundable, any unused subscriptions are refundable after this initial period.
